MY STORY
I have been drawing ever since I could hold a pencil.
My grandfather was a political cartoonist for the Knickerbocker News in Albany, NY, and was also a fine artist. I loved to watch him paint and draw as a young girl, which heavily influenced my lifelong desire to create through art. As I grew, so did my influences on various types of art forms. Around my teenage years, I became very interested in fashion magazines and comics, especially Betty and Veronica.
Becoming a fashion designer and illustrator quickly became a passion of mine that led me to pursue more education in Fashion Design, Illustration, Advertising, and Graphic Design. After college, a group of friends and I started a silk screen company called Silver Screen Design and a spin-off greeting company called Renaissance Greeting cards. Over the years, I have been able to master a wide range of styles and mediums to accommodate the advertising community.
